We are a family-owned gym that prides itself on providing the absolute highest level of care when training its members. Once you become a member at 802 Fitness and Therapy, you become an extension of our 'fit-family'. After starting your journey, you'll quickly learn we are unique in our business model however there is a method to the madness. We understand that people just want to be communicated with clearly and dealt with in a transparent fashion so they fully understand everything they are doing and why they are doing it. While training, we encourage you to ask as many questions as you like. We love to educate everyone so over time, they are less dependent on experts like us to solve their pain problems or movement limitations. Our vast experience will provide you with intentional exercises with the highest level of specificity resulting in the best of outcomes. We are educated on the most complex pathologies and injuries, therefore can tailor programs to match your needs.

Paul Croutworst

Physical Therapist Assistant (Berkshire Community College)– Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine)– Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine)– Trained in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified in 3DMAPS (3-Dimensional Movement Analysis and Performance Systems from The Gray Institute)– Certified FMT-2 ( Rock tape Kinesiology Tape), Certified Speed and Agility Coach (National Sports Performance Association), Certified Program Design Specialist (Nation Sports Performance Association) Highly Specialized in the following manual therapy techniques: Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point, active release, massage, joint mobilizations, mobilization with movement, McKenzie technique, muscle energy techniques, cupping, and vibration technology. Outside of work, Paul enjoys downhill skiing, playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Wyatt Keith

BHS, SPT, CPT, CES, SSC

Wyatt completed his Bachelors's in Health Science with a minor in Exercise Science and is currently a student in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at American Internation College. During his education, Wyatt has become Certified as a Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning. Wyatt’s reason for pursuing a future in Physical Therapy stems from his desire to help individuals in pain and/or injured states recover and return to normal or a better level of functioning. However, he believes that the best “medicine” is found in “prevention”, and that through exercise along with improving movement patterns, he can help others live and enjoy their best lives. Outside of school and work, Wyatt enjoys spending time with his wife and their new baby boy, staying active, having fun with family and friends, and reading.
